Information we process

The website does not collect registrations, payments, or contact forms, and uses no visitor analytics or tracking cookies. The website's own JavaScript does not save personal data in your browser.

Our infrastructure may record technical details needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and errors. If you contact us by email, we process your address and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal basis

We use necessary technical records for website operations, security and diagnostics, based on our legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We handle correspondence to respond to you, based on legitimate interests or pre-contractual steps where appropriate (Articles 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b)).

Providers and retention

Our website is hosted by Hetzner. Cloudflare provides domain-name services, and Google Workspace handles incoming email. Provider processing may involve other locations and applicable international transfer safeguards.

The Nginx server rotates website logs daily, retaining 14 local rotations. Security records, provider logs and backups may follow different periods. Correspondence is kept while needed for enquiries and legitimate business or legal obligations.

Your privacy rights

Where applicable, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing. Email hello@sumlaude.com. You may complain to Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet.

Children and future learning services

This informational website offers no learner account registration, assessments or school credit. Please do not email student records or sensitive information. Any later learner application will have separate privacy and safeguarding arrangements.

We update this notice when the website or its processing changes.
